A scathing indictment of the fashion industry, ZOOLANDER is one of the most outrageous and beloved satires of the early 2000’s. When aging runway model Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller)’s career begins taking a turn for the worst, his desperation leads him to connect with high-end designer Jacobim Mugatu (Will Ferrell) who is poised to revive Zoolander’s career by casting him in his latest runway show. Little does Zoolander know that Mugatu has hatched an elaborate plan to use him to assassinate the head of state of Malaysia, allowing Mugatu to keep exploiting child labor and continue to rake in overwhelming profits from his clothing line. Zoolander will have to use what little brain power he has to save himself before becoming the fashion world’s fall guy.
