Part of Billy Wilder: Ready for His Close-Up

Sabrina (Audrey Hepburn) is the daughter of the Larrabee family chauffeur. The two handsome Larrabbee brothers, David (William Holden) and Linus (Humphrey Bogart), ignore her, failing to see anything but a clumsy girl hanging out with the servants. But when she returns from Paris as a young adult, their eyes are opened and the fireworks begin, setting off a battle between the brothers to win her heart. Hepburn’s first movie since her breakthrough ROMAN HOLIDAY, SABRINA was a box office triumph for Wilder, and perhaps his sweetest, least cynical film.

After two years in Paris, chauffeur's daughter Sabrina returns home elegantly transformed and immediately catches the attention of David, the playboy son of her father's rich employers. David woos and wins Sabrina, who has always been in love with him, however their romance is threatened by David's serious older brother Linus, who runs the family business and is relying on David to marry an heiress in order for a crucial merger to take place.
